At Elanmo, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction for all orders placed through our store. As a global dropshipping business, products are shipped directly from our suppliers to customers worldwide.
RETURNS
We accept returns under the following conditions:
• Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
• Items must be returned in original packaging
• Return request must be made within 7–14 days of delivery (depending on product category)
• Proof of purchase is required
Non-returnable items include:
• Custom or personalized items
• Perishable goods
• Opened hygiene-sensitive items
• Clearance or final sale items

RETURN SHIPPING

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect
• We recommend using tracked shipping

REFUNDS
• Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after inspection
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method
• Shipping fees are non-refundable unless due to our error
If you have not received your refund, please check with your payment provider before contacting us.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:
• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
• Provide clear photos of the product and packaging
We will arrange a replacement or full refund.
ORDER CANCELLATION
Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement. After processing or shipment, cancellation may not be possible.
